Good workout this morning with the TKD Black Belts. All other classes were packed and working hard for the upcoming tournament in Knoxville, TN. I'm confident our team will do well at this event.

If you haven't noticed, we have a ton of local Law Enforcement training in our different programs. It's great to see these men & women keeping up their training so we can sleep safe at night. Expect to see more come in the near future. We are honored to have them here with us.
