Brazilian JiuJitsu
I have been talking extensively with some of the area's best BJJ/MMA teams for an Open Mat Workout. It is so nice to be able to work together with legitimate competition teams who truly understand this sport and are professional. This workout will definitely improve relationships and team performances on the mat. Look for announcements on an after-party as well.

I also made some excellent progress towards something else to be big in this area. Hopefully I can get things finalized and get more information out soon. It's hard not to announce publicly because there are some who try to copy us; however will never come close to being as good.

TaeKwonDo
I'm real excited about this weekend; especially after the fiasco we had in Ohio. LDMA has a great group representing the team in Knoxville, TN and know we will be successful. Mrs. Snyder has organized dinner locations on Friday and Saturday nights. Besides competition, it will be fun (as always) to hang out with the team outside of class.

The Henderson Family was on Fox8 this morning for their involvement with the Civil War Reenactment happening soon. Little Corinna is in our beginner class and Brian & Lori are black belts. Check out their reenactment when you get a chance; information on Fox8's website.

Kickboxing
Classes have been awesome and love to see everyone training hard.
I want to welcome back Chris Jamison to the team. He just got back from boot camp and now in the Reserves. Chris is an awesome fighter and look forward to seeing him in the ring soon.

MMA
Class was great this week and glad to see people from other teams coming in to get some good training. There are some upcoming fights and want to help competitors get ready.
